Hybrid Series – Seat: How to replace the seat

Replacement of the seat assembly is simple and the process is identical for any Hybrid Series rower. Follow the steps below.

Step 1

Step 3

Using the 5mm Allen Key, undo the 2 rear seat stoppers on either side of the monorail  and slide the stoppers out. You may just have rubber stoppers — if so, slide the stoppers out.

Step 4

Slide the seat off the rail.

Step 5

At this time, use a cloth to clean the inside groove of the monorail that the wheels travel in.

Step 6

Attach the new seat carriage using the tools and hardware removed in Step 5.

Step 7

Before sliding the new seat on, ensure there is a rubber stopper on each side of the rail all the way to the front stoppers. Then slide the new seat onto the monorail.

Ensure that the V-shaped indentation of the set shown faces the rear of the rower.
