If you want to upgrade your Original, Original CityRow Connect, or Original Pro’s footboard by installing the Commercial Footboard Upgrade Kit, follow the steps below:
Step 1
Remove the Handle from the handle rests and place the handle in the full forward position.
Step 2
Remove the handle rest bolts and handle rests as shown.
Step 3
Remove side bolts fixing the footboard to the side rails as shown.
Step 4
Remove the old footboard as shown.
Step 5
Install the new footboard as shown.
Step 6
Replace the Handle Rests and Handle Rest Bolts as shown. Do not tighten the bolts yet – leave loose.
Step 7
Reinstall the hardware fastening the footboard to the rails as shown and securely tighten.
Gently tighten the Handle Rest Bolts.
Do not overtighten or use power tools or Key Bracket damage may result.
