Original Series – Footboard: How to replace the heel rests (push-button design)

If you need to replace your Original rower’s Foot Strap — and the Foot Pads are adjusted via push-button —follow the steps below:

Step 1

Press the Lock Button and remove the old Heel Rests. You may need to use a card (credit card, etc.) or flat head screwdriver to help remove the Heel Rests fully. Slide the card into the top of the cover plate and then remove the Heel Rests.

Step 2

Press the Lock Button and install the new Heel Rests.
